Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese or Neufchâtel, softened
- 3/4 c Ranch Dressing
- 1/3 c Sour Cream
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 c Crumbled Bacon
- 1/3 c Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 t Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Gently heat the cream cheese on medium in the microwave. Or, the same pan you used to cook the bacon which will add more of that yummy flavor.
- Stir the ranch into the melted cream cheese. Make sure the cream cheese is not too hot or the ranch will curdle.
- Next, stir in the sour cream until smooth followed by the remaining ingredients
- Keep some scallions and bacon on the side to use as garnish later, if you'd like
- Transfer the dip to an oven-safe bowl and bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are bubbly.
