This may be controversial. But I think there are a few exceptions when shakey cheese is allowed. Definitely very few exceptions, but if you just can’t (no judgment here!), substitute it with freshly grated parmesan.

Warm Sweet Onion Dip (Best Keto Dips)
- 1 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 c Mayo
- 1 c Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 c Mozarella Cheese add another 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top if desired
- 1 1/4 c Vidalia Onion, Grated
- 1 T Ground Black Peppe
- 1 T Trader Joe's Onion Salt IYKYK
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly grease a pie pan or other oven-safe dish
- Pour the ingredients into the pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes uncovered or until the top is golden
- Let the dip rest for 5 minutes or until it's no longer lava. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top if desired
